Carlos pressure washed our sidewalk, driveway, and a section of our roof to clean and eliminate moss. He was meticulous in detail and it looks great! He picked up and discarded the moss chunks, and even cleaned up reflected spray on our front window. I highly recommend him!

These two young men did a great job. They were reasonable in price and thorough in the work that they did which was spray cleaning our short driveway and side patio, both concrete. They contained any possibility of overspray, but where there was overspray they were sure to clean up upon completion of the job. Excellent work.

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Clackamas Surface Co. is a registered Oregon LLC and carries liability insurance. Proof of insurance is available on request before any job.
Do you use harsh chemicals or bleach blasts?
No. We use surface-safe treatments that kill moss and algae at the root, then rinse at appropriate pressure. Plants, pets, and concrete all come out fine.
How long does a job take?
Most driveways take 1–3 hours. A typical patio or house wash is done the same day. You'll get a time estimate with your quote.
How soon can you come out?
Usually within a week, sometimes sooner. Text a photo of the area and your preferred timing — we'll send back a quote and an available day.
What happens if it rains?
Light rain is fine — we clean through it. For heavy weather we'll reschedule at no cost. Either way you won't be charged for a canceled visit.
Do I need to be home?
Not usually. As long as we can access the area and a water source, we can handle the job and text you photos when it's done.
